Philippines issued joint stamps with Finland to commemorate 60 Years of diplomatic relations between both the countries.The stamps showing the Philippine tamaraw and Finland’s brown bear. While the P40 design shows front and side views of the tamaraw, the P10 design shows the front and side views of the brown bear.
