This beautiful joint stamp issue was released to commemorate 60 years of diplomatic relations between both the countries ,on 16th November 2009 by India and on 27th November by Philippines.Stamps depicts Gangetic Dolphin or Ganges River dolphin (Platanista gangetica); Whale shark or Butanding (Rhyncodon typus), filter feeding shark.
