It shall be organised from 17th n 18th Jan University Campus. Punjab University Sector 14 at Chandigarh.The exhibition is open to the philatelists of Chandigarh Division, Members of Chandigarh Philatelic Club n students of School which fall under the Jurisdiction of Chandigarh postal Division.
