On the occasion of the first death anniversary of the Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani unveiled the commemorative stamp.
General Soleimani was the commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, killed in an attack outside Baghdad International Airport on 3rd January 2020.
