Bes Bedene Aveyron
“The village is built on a rocky outcrop dominated on all sides by a cirque of granite cliffs shaped over the years by the river. This hamlet is located in the northern region of Aveyron called La Viadène. Only three houses as well as the he church occupies the top of this rocky outcrop Bes Bedène is part of the commune of Campouriez in Aveyron.
The church has a bell tower characteristic of the Viadene and of the cultural heritage of the Benedictine monks of the 12th and 13th centuries. A bridge, below the hamlet, rebuilt on the foundations of the old Roman bridge, is one of the most remarkable in Rouergue ”
