serbia stampChairmanship of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe was recognized by Serbia both as an honor and as a great challenge in the field of multilateral diplomacy, a recognition that we are a reliable partner, one up to the responsibility for reaching consensus in such a diversified Organization. The Helsinki Final Act has for decades provided a solid foundation for security and stability in Europe.
