philippines china friendship stampA postage stamp marking 40 years of diplomatic relations between the Philippines and China was issued on 22nd July 2015 .The 3×4-centimeter regular stamp was commissioned by the Filipino-Chinese General Chamber of Commerce Inc. (FCGCCI) and the Philippine Chinese Charitable Association Inc. (PCCAI), according to Enrique Tagle, Philippine Postal Corp. (PHLPost) marketing management and support services manager.“The chamber would always propose stamps about friendship (between the two countries), but this is the only time that they proposed that there be a stamp to commemorate 40 years of diplomatic relations.”A total of 104,000 copies of the stamp have been printed, PHLPost said.
