India-Mongolia joint stamp issue was released by India on 11th September 2006 and by Mongolia Post on 28th September 2006 to commemorate 50 years of diplomatic relations between both the countries.Stamps depicts – Ancient art: horses. early 20th century bronze replica of the equestrian deity Rao Dev from Bastar, Madhya Pradesh and ancient sculpture of a horse from Mongolia, an archeological finding from the Bronze age found in the city of Murun of Khuvsgul, province of Mongolia were depicted on the stamps.
