Malta:Second set of Maltese Flora Stamp

maltese flora stampsThe second set of the Maltese Flora series has been issued on 14th February 2015. The set includes three stamps each bearing a face value of €0.26, €0.59 and €1.16 and respectively depict the Smooth Goatsbeard, the Crown Anemone and the Friar’s Cowl which are species found in the Maltese Islands.

The stamps bear the Maltese Crosses watermark while Printex Limited printed the set in offset process. The issue consists of 2,500,000 of the €0.26 stamp, 500,000 of the €0.59 stamp, and 26,000 of the €1.16 stamp.
