Indian Postal Order  IPO of Rs 20/- with rarest number 98F 1000000.Normally an IPO has six numeral digits in suffix like 111111,222222 and so on.But this IPO has seven digits in suffix I.e. 1000000.These digits make this IPO rarest.

    exellent item, fancy numbers are only seen in paper money, but it is a philatelic item.
