The stamps produced are from original paintings depicting Polo Sport, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) Mounted Unit, Mounted Ceremonial Squadron and the Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) Mounted Unit. Meanwhile, Pos Malaysia in a statement said the horse stamp collection would feature stamps measuring 40mm x 30mm in size, containing 20 pieces of stamps per sheet, with valuable denominations of 50 cent and 80 cent, printed on phosphor-coated, security stamp paper. The miniature sheets will be available in RM3 and RM5 denominations, 100mm x 70mm in size, containing stamps at 40mm x 30mm in size with limited production of 30,000 pieces of each, featuring horse racing.The miniature sheet in RM5 denomination is printed with special gold printing and spot varnish.The first day cover which is available on the first day of the stamp issuance is priced at 50 cent each, and only limited for 50,000 envelopes. Apart from that, the folder is priced at RM6 each but only available at selected outlets.
