Malaysia Issued Stamp Collection on Cats

\"malaysiaPos Malaysia, in collaboration with WWF-Malaysia to raise awareness on Malaysia’s endangered big cats, introduced a new stamp collection of its theme.The new collection featured four stamp designs of Malayan tiger (Panthera tigris jacksoni), leopard (Panthera pardus), Sunda clouded leopard (Neofelis diardi) and clouded leopard (Neofelis nebulosa) which are considered the most endangered species of wild cats in Peninsula Malaysia and Sabah and Sarawak.The last stamp collection by Pos Malaysia of this year will issue the 60 sen stamp for Leopard, 80 sen for Sunda clouded leopard and clouded leopard.This collection will also feature a miniature sheet with the design of Malayan tiger in RM3 denomination and other philatelic items like First Day Cover and accompanying collectors\’ folder at 50 sen and RM5.50 each.
