Special Cover Released on Jamshedpur Women’s College

On 3rd Feb 2013, a Special cover is released from Jamshedpur bearing code JH/02/2012 to commemorate 60 years of Jamshedpur Women’s College, Jamshedpur. Why 2012 is printed, no body from Bureau could explain. Is it correct or innocence or should it be termed ignorance or be called casual approach. Anyway, cover is good. Special Definitive of Gandhi of 25 Rs is affixed and cancelled. Any Guess?\"special

 This college was established in 1953 with the cooperation of Tata’s and vision of Perin C.Mehta. Jamshedpur Women’s College has now envisaged on its phenomenal growth towards quality education for Women. With steeping track record in achievement of College with Potential for Excellance, award of Autonomy by UGC,New Delhi and conferment of grade \”A” by NAAC,Banglore the College is envisioned to scale new heights of excellence in providing self reliance to the students in the form of more scholarships, wider placement and new avenues for skill based vocational programmes, concerned with the needs of surrounding tribal life and culture.

    This college was established in 1953, then what is the relation with Mahatma Gandhi… Why cancellation choosed as Mahatma Gandhi ????
