The mini-pane adopts the design of the $1.4 and $3 mint stamps in \”Year of the Snake\” special stamp issue of 2013. The images of moth orchids and peonies are imprinted on the top of the two designs of the mini-panes respectively, with stamp tabs featuring various Chinese New Year flowers, such as nipple fruits, daffodils, lilies and peach flowers, to enhance the festive spirit of the Lunar New Year. Instead of showing the value of each stamp, the Heartwarming Stamps bear a \”Local Mail Postage\” or \”Air Mail Postage\” to suit your posting needs.(Source-HongKong Post)
