Monaco Issued Stamp on 150th Birth Anniversary of Pierre De Coubertin

\"coubirtin\"Pierre de Coubertin was born into an aristocratic family in Paris in 1863. He turned his back on the military career that had been mapped out for him, preferring the world of education. Influenced by the culture of  the English-speaking world, he militated for the inclusion of sport in French schools. In 1894, he founded the International Olympic Committee to revive the Olympic Games.
