\"\"In Luxembourg  \”Office des Timbres\” holds a drawing contest for children and adolescents on a well defined subject. From 21 September 2011 to 31 January 2012, Luxembourg students were asked to create designs on the subject of potable water.

Water is the most important substance for mankind. More than 1,400 designs were submitted in two age categories (primary school and secondary education).
