Ireland Issued Stamps on Dracula

\"\"An Post has issued a set of 2  two blood-curdling stamps to commemorate the centenary of the death of \’Dracula\’ writer Bram Stoker.Created by illustrator David Rooney, the two 55c designs feature \’dripping blood\’ typography.One stamp is a head-and-shoulders portrayal of Dublin author Bram Stoker — who died on April 20, 1912.On the other stamp, Count Dracula gets up close and personal with his victim\’s neck.\”I tried to make the stamps as scary as those old Hammer horror films,\” the Galway-born artist told the Irish Independent.
