    i was in HARPEX in 22-Feb at 4:30 P.M. and in 23-Feb at 12:00 P.M.
but in both the days i didn’t get Special Cover Released in this occasion and the reason is very simply and straight forward ‘NO STOCK’ while both the time Two lady, sitting with the counter lady, have more than 10 special cover.
HARPEX was a waste of time as there was neither proper management nor good people. There was nothing of philatelic attraction, you can’t buy special cover as same are out of stock at any time, 2-3 dealer and a souvenir shop with expensive useless items in the name of philately.
this is the new trend in India Post don’t give any thing to common philatelist (who have no contact to post office people),Thanks God there is a option of PDA/c with a disadvantage of irregular dispatch but at least you get some thing instead of bare hand otherwise you can think the situation.
I saw many people in HARPEX who were asking about special cover like a beggar(Please forgive me but this is truth in current situation) for a hobby of king but the answer was same in my word only for dealer.
This is not only the situation in HARPEX this is all over india.
Why should we not by-cot these —PEX ?
