Haryana Circle of India Post is organizing a three day Philatelic exhibition from today at Gurgaon, called HARPEX Haryana State philatelic exhibition.Earlier in 70′s these Circles – ‘HARYANA, PUNJAB, CHANDIGARH AND HIMACHAL PRADESH’ called as North Western Circle and in 1973 organized an exhibition called HARPEX, name derived from Haryana, Himachal and punjab. In 1975 to mid of 80′s they organised the exhibition called NORPEX. In 1986 onwards separate region created and separate exhibition organised by each region.
