Visitors are attracted both by the historical aspect and a certain art de vivre of its inhabitants.Bora Bora – Since the occupation by the U.S. Army during World War II, its image embodies a kind of gentle lifestyle. Its cut mountain (Mount Otemanu) and shimmering lagoon are typical and have been a source of inspiration for many poets and artists.
