Malta will Reprint €0.1 and €0.37 “Definitive 2009” Stamps

\"\"MaltaPost announces that two denominations of the Definitive Set of 2009 issued on 29 December 2009 have been reprinted. The reprint of the €0.01 stamp consists of 1,200,000 stamps, in sheets of 10 stamps bearing sheet numbers 40001 to 160000 both numbers included. While the reprint of the €0.37 stamp is of 880,000 stamps, in sheets of 10 stamps bearing sheet numbers 50001 – 138000 both numbers included.

The stamps measure 44.0 mm x 31.0 mm with a comb perforation of 13.9 x 14.0 and have been printed by the offset process by Printex Limited on watermarked paper bearing Maltese Crosses.As from Wednesday, the 19th of October the stamps will be available from all Post Offices in Malta and Gozo.Further information is available from the MaltaPost Philatelic Bureau a twww.maltaphilately.com
