France Issued Stamp on 30th Anniversary of TGV

\"\"French Post has issued a stamp commemorating the 30th anniversary of the TGV (High Speed Train).On September 27, 1981 in France the first high speed train (TGV) and the first high speed line (LGV) were put into service simultaneously. On September 27, 2011, 30 years after, the new high-speed rail line TGV Rhine-Rhone was completed by Reseau Ferre de France. The formal commissioning of this rail line is planned on December 2011.
