It was dedicated to the bright victory of Azerbaijan in the Eurovision Song Contest-2011.Azerbaijan became winner of the 56th Eurovision Song Contest held among 43 countries in Düsseldorf, Germany.The stamp that displays the winners Eldar Gasimov and Nigar Jamal has been released in 15,000 copies.Nominal of the postage stamp is 1 manat.
