Stamp on Russian City Irkutsk

Russian Post has issued a stamp commemorating the 350th anniversary of founding of the\"\" Russian city of Irkutsk.Irkutsk is an administrative, economic, transport, scientific and cultural center of Eastern Siberia.

The city is located on the rivers Angara, Irkut and Ushakovka, in 66 km from Lake Baikal.The postage stamp shows the walking and park zone in the central part of Irkutsk, Angara River and the city coat of arms.
