Snap up Last Few Stamps

\"\"Philatelists beware – there are less than 30 of the latest run of Elm Park stamps on sale. The stamps are the 11th design to celebrate the suburb’s achievements since the concept started in 2006. The Elm Park Regeneration Partnership’s Tina Death said she was still surprised by the amount of interest shown in the items. Mrs Death, who runs Elm Park Florists, in Station Parade, told the Yellow Advertiser: “It’s something that really puts us on the map. There can’t be many places in the UK that bring out their own stamps, that’s for sure.” The partnership releases two designs a year, spread over 1,000 separate stamps. They are accepted by the Royal Mail as a genuine postage payment.(Yellow advertiser)
