After hectic schedule of Indipex-2011, India Post gave a much needed relief to its staff manning the Philately Bureaus across the country. There is no new stamp release scheduled in June even after revising the schedule twice. The earliest schedule for release of commemorative stamp is in the month of July only. June month, it appears has been kept light for bureau staff so that they can clear the backlog of supply to PDA A/c holders. Good n virtually that is what has happened. Supply to PD a/c holders was in arrears since long as per the information received. The staffs were busy in Indipex 2011 n stamps released. Now when there is no new stamp released in June, supply to PD a/c holders has been cleared. India post should learn a lesson. Instead of over burdening the staff with too much release of stamps, they should be given time to regulate the supply to PDA a/c holders also.
