Sweden Post is making a serious commitment to social responsibility by issuing a charity stamp every year. The first beneficiary is Save the Children.Breve Danmark has issued annual charity stamps since 1959. As part of Posten Norden’s efforts to expand the reach of its corporate responsibility, the Swedish organisation will also begin to offer charity stamps.The stamps, are for domestic letters.
The charity stamp provides Sweden Post with the opportunity to work closely with organizations that are making the world a better place. The new stamp will also provide a more consistent and clearer structure for handling the large number of requests from organizations that would like to be featured on a stamp.
