\"\"Palitana is an important place of pilgrimage for jains. There are about 863 temples on Shetrunjay Hills at Palitana. One has to climb more than 3000 steps to reach the temples. \”Siddha Chakra\” is a symbol of Jainism. It denotes 5 stages of achievements of realization of SOUL as propounded in jain philosophy. These 5 (Five) stages are Padhyay, Acharya, Dixa, Arihant and Siddha.The cancellation has been introduced at Palitana Post Office on 03.07.1992
