Hungary:New Stamps of Tourism Series

\"\"Hungary has released 2 stamps in Tourism series on 4th March 2011.The aim of Magyar Posta’s regular stamp series on Tourism is to present the sights of Hungarian cultural history. The Pauline Piarist church in Sátoral-jaújhely and the Royal Palace of Gödöllő are shown on the stamps. The Sátoraljaújhely first day cover features the last station of the Hungarian Calvary, the chapel of St Stephen on the top of Szár Hill, and the building of the Town Hall. The design of the Gödöllő first day cover consists of the building of the palace church, a painting depicting Antal Grassalkovich and the motif of some baroque style balcony railings. The graphic design of the special postmarks employs a stylised version of the arms of each town.
