Lithuania-stamp on Census

\"\"The Population and Housing Census conducted in 2001 was the first and the only Census of Lithuania after the restoration of independence. About 15 thousand workers, 82 percent of which were females, contributed to a smooth Census work. The results of the Census showed that in 2001 there were 3484 thousand residents in Lithuania, with 46,8 percent of males and 53,2 percent of females.This year also census is going on in Lithuania and country has issued a stamp on 26th Feb. 2011 on this occasion.
