The INDIPEX2011 event at New Delhi witnessed a different taste today when a group of known and veteran philatelists took a protest march on issues pertaining to philatelic problems.The philatelists are demanding exclusion of stamps from the provisions of the Indian Antiques Act.\"\"\"\"\"\"

    How many countries whose postal system is more than 75-100 years
    old do or do not use laws like we have in our country in the form of
    Antique Act? In our country bureaucrats are too pleased to frame
    omnibus laws that are later passed by unsuspecting parliament.
    Prepaid paper tokens called postage stamps should be out of the
    purviews any such laws.
