Isle of Man Post Office Will Issue Queen and Prince Philip Stamps

THE Isle of Man Post Office will release a set of six stamps next month which commemorate landmark events that have been celebrated publicly and privately by HM Queen Elizabeth II and HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.

The stamps, titled A Lifetime of Service, include pictures of the couple celebrating their Diamond Wedding Anniversary in 2007, the Golden Jubilee Celebrations in 2002 and the Trooping of the Colour in 1971, among others. 

\"\"The stamps will be issued on February 6 and a miniature sheet will also be available. In the Isle of Man The Queen is referred to as The Lord of Mann.
