\"\"Austria was the first country who issued the postal stamps on Rotary International. On June 22,1931
 
Austria issued these six stamps on the occassion of the Rotary International convention held at Viena.
 
The occassion was over-printed on the six values of regular series. Only 50,000 sets were overprinted.
